Councillor Zoe Van Dyke has allocated a portion of her Ward Improvement Fund to giving financial help to Abbey Court School in her ward, that will be used in order to fund some new science equipment for students to be used in relation to the new school farm.

Cllr Zoe Van Dyke, Member for Strood North said: “I’m proud that we host a school that does such vital work with those with severe and profound learning difficulties in our ward, so I’m therefore very pleased to be donating a portion of my Ward Improvement Fund to Abbey Court School.”

“The school farm is a fantastic addition to the facilities provided by the school, enabling the children to be hands on with the animals and the Headteacher, Karen Joy welcomes visits from other local Primary schools.”
